Robyn Allen, a Nova Scotian environmental engineer and self-proclaimed waterfall hunter, wants more people to take advantage of this outdoor activity. According to Allen, “No matter where you live in Nova Scotia you’re going to find waterfalls nearby.” She uses many sources to track down waterfalls such as online blogs and locally published books and adds, “What’s great about waterfall hunting is, though some may be challenging to get to, you can easily find one that suits your physical ability – even a family with children can make a day of exploring them.”
