It doesn't matter who you are in this world, there will come a day where you will struggle with something. You can be black, white, hispanic, asian, etc… but there will come a day when something catastrophic happens in your life. This summer a natural disaster affected everyone on the coast of Texas including Winnie, Texas. There is nothing worse than seeing your entire life's work soak under five foot of water. Nevertheless, I believe that when something catastrophic happens there is some good that comes out of it. For example, even though eighty five percent of people in southeast Texas had at least three foot of water in their homes, communities came together and helped each other out whenever they needed it.
