This book deals with many critical themes and issues. Some of these are a point of discussion, Critical themes are discussed from the book and my opinion are discussed below.
Cyber-Utopia

What we can do about this is that we can educate the users about the possible dangers and the rightful ways to use the social media.
Author has spent a lot of time auguring that the social media has made our lives more transparent but has failed to notice that this has caused more transparency in the governance.
Cultural Contradictions of Internet Freedom
Chapter 8 deals with the cultural contradiction of internet freedom, author points to the hypocrisy at play in the United States today. Morozov is right when he says leaders in America both in the government and business need to better align their actions when it comes to technology. Very often both the government and business men are guilty for talking a big show about the internet and freedom.
Morozov has forgotten that the technology is even getting the necks of those big shots in the government and cooperates and people all over the globe are watching it.
