Respect for human rights is fundamental to the sustainability of NorthStar. We are committed to ensure that everyone at NorthStar - and everyone with whom we come into contact with - is treated with dignity and respect.
Our Human Right principles:
• We conduct our business in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of all people, complying with all legal requirements.
• We prohibit the use of all forms of forced labor, including prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor, military labor, slave labor and any form of human trafficking.
• We do not employ any person below the age of 15 or applicable higher legal minimum age. Child labor is strictly prohibited within NorthStar.
