World War III?
Tension, stress, fear. Those are just a couple words that describe the current situation the U.S. and North Korea are involved in. North Korea has been launching nuclear missile tests, and the U.S. has had enough of it. President Trump has sent a warship to the Korean peninsula, and the North Koreans took that personal, calling it, "an act of war". Other countries such as South Korea, China, and others are at great risk of being caught in the cross fire between these two. So the petrifying but necessary question must be asked, is North Korea going to bomb the U.S.? The U.S. may be struck with some of the most powerful weapons known to man.

"North Korea displayed nearly 60 missiles — including what is suspected to be a new intercontinental ballistic missile — at a parade on Saturday to mark the 105th birthday of its founder Kim Il-sung." (Gulf News). As of right now, North Korea is just "flexing their muscles" at the rest of the world. Along with showcasing their missile's, they have had some test runs. The most recent ended in an udder failure. "US military officials don't believe the missile had intercontinental capabilities, a US defense official told CNN. The official stated there was limited data as the missile blew up so quickly." (Hancocks, Starr, Almasy). Sadly, this is only an exception. North Korea has been successful multiple times before hand in launching missiles into the Sea of Japan. may be struck with some of the most powerful weapons known to man, may be an overstatement. The U.S. has battleship destroyers in the Korean Peninsula, deterring leader Kim Jong-un from doing anything out of the ordinary. North Korea is incapable of putting a nuclear war head on a ICBM, so all the parades and missile launches are just a big show. Residents of Seattle should definitely be aware in the next couple of years. Experts say the North Koreans could be ready to launch within that time. As for now, Americans should be more worried about what is for dinner tonight, not if North Korea is going to bomb
