Norman’s early life/road to success-Born Norman Percevel Rockwell on Feb 3rd,1894 in Brooklyn New York. It seems like he had a knack for art his whole life, making the big decision to become an artist or nothing at all. When he was in high school, he was so intent on becoming an artist, he went as far as dropping out of high school and enrolling in the National School of Design Tech.
