Again the organization I chose was Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation. The mission statement they choose to follow is to create a successful aluminum company (Noranda Aluminum, 2007). Noranda achieves this by having integrated relationships with others. They are able to have the upper hand for their customers to possess the best primary and coiled aluminum products at a fair price. They give their workers opportunities to have careers with the company. Their suppliers are able to have a peace of mind with the recurring business with Noranda.
