I. Executive Summary Noodles and Company, a fast-casual dining restaurant based around noodles and pasta, is proposed a franchise to be opened in Downtown Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The restaurant offers a menu with a wide range of international cuisines, including American, Italian, and Southern East Asian. The menu is unique in the aspect that it has an extensive international element, and that the company maintains an initiative to use only fresh vegetables and organic meats in their dishes. Noodles and Company is not presently available in Mississauga, therefore there is great growth potential in such market, this is due to the reason that there is demand for a fast-casual restaurant concept such as Noodles and Company.
