Many times, nonprofits become mundane and lose sight of their vision. They become apathetic and struggle in remaining healthy due to their overwhelming responsibility. It is at this point that their budgets become only a collection of numbers to be reviewed by their board and signed off on. When a nonprofit lack’s in bringing in the right personnel their leadership becomes bogged down and does not remain sustainable.
