SWUSITT is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting THEATRE DESIGN, TECHNOLOGY, and EDUCTION as a right to every individual throughout the Southwest Region. Our 49 year history in the Southwest Region is evidence of our dedication and endurance as an independent incorporated non-profit.
Our organization provides the opportunity for educational symposia, volunteerism, networking, and mentorship. We are proud to partner with numerous commercial vendors and sponsors that support theatre arts and theatre technology. Last year, we celebrated the 7th anniversary of the Student Design, Technology and Management Competition. Through this competition open to student members, students are given one-on-one feedback
