Not managing stress can lead to even more stress and will in turn affect all personal and professional relationships. An officer's job involves a major amount of stress that can play a role in the event of police brutality or wrong use of power. Even if an act of aggression is done for good reason, it will often lead to the officer experiencing a build up of stress; trying to stay under control until the culmination of an very emotional situation happens. "Stress is one of the most contributing factors to the event of police brutality."
