Non Custodial Interview Report

Wednesday, April 24th, 2017 at approximately 7:05 P.M., a non-custodial interview was conducted by Detective L. Donegain with Dennis Edwards. During the interview Dennis Edwards stated he had received multiple text messages from his nephew Devin Edwards asking him to call. Dennis Edwards stated when he called his nephew Devin Edwards he was told his son Dennis had been shot and was at the Hospital. Dennis Edwards advised his nephew Devin Edwards had been contacted by Rachian. Dennis Edwards sated he called Rachian, who informed him he found out about Dennis from Savon McGougan [aka New York] at approximately 1:59 P.M. Dennis Edwards stated he was going to go to the Hospital, but decided to go home first and found his son in a pool of blood.

    On Wednesday, December 28, 2016, Little Rock Police Officers responded to 1221 Reservoir Road apartment # 252 in reference to a shooting that occurred at the residence. Upon arrival, officers observed a black female, who was later identified as Blair Sims (B/F 10-19-1991) inside of the residence suffering from a gunshot wound. Officer advised that MEMS personnel responded to the residence and transported Ms. Sims to UAMS hospital where she was pronounced dead at 1353 hours.
