Based on my reading and watching two short videos, I feel that it touches my heart because it is a wonderful way to honor the people who served the country. I feel also veterans need of companionship from people to hear their story. It is very important to make sacrifices for people served the country as well as helping them in their time of need.
The most interested point, No Veteran Dies Alone (NVDA), is a volunteer program to take care of all veterans during life and in death. This program focus on “no one faces the challenge of death alone”. The country provide the insurance to cover hospice and palliative care.
