Children are told what to do and how to do everything while having very little to say about it. This is a great example of alienation of the process and the only way to fix a society with this issue is to go extremely to the left towards communism. In a society with child labor, the mangers make all the big decisions, but the children do all the dirty, labor work and receives very little.
