• Debbie Pinsky and her family are planning a family volunteer vacation and she wanted to know if we had volunteer vacation opportunities at any other locations besides the sanctuary. While we have volunteer opportunities at our other locations, I explained the difference between the sanctuary and the adoption centers.

I called our awesome website folks and they were able to fix it by taking the apostrophes out of the message. I called the member and she seemed to be happy.
• Elissa Masey called to say her group it trying to use the Tugg website for a Champion fundraiser, but Tugg pulled the website. In discussing this with Elissa, I found out that the website is not down. I contacted Elissa Masey and we went over the website together and it turned out that she was misunderstanding which licensing she needed for her event. I guess a friend of hers started the event and then turned it over to her. When she viewed it, she thought Tugg had discontinued the program.
• Carolann Larson called because she wanted to know where she can buy one of the vet machines and how well it works posted as a future wish in the fall newsletter. I explained that the machine is something listed on our wish list and is not something we actually have here at the clinic. She said she wanted to know because she wants to buy one to see if it will work for her. There are many listings for the machine when doing a Google search, however, I cautioned her to do her research when doing so. As odd as it may sound, this is not the first elderly person who called asking the same
