No Gumption From Russell Money is not the best way to motivate someone. In the autobiography, Russell has a big lack of gumption but his sister has initiative. He started being a journalism when he was eight years old because his mother gave him a great idea to be a journalist . When was a little boy he had no courage to do anything.
