This act itself focused on the children who stood out because the grades they were getting were very low. This would give struggling children extra help. Many people have shared their thoughts about this law, For example, “ And the biggest gains during the NCLB era have been concentrating among the kids who needed them the most.” ( Hatalsky 01) This shows the perspective of how people see what this act was achieving. The No Child Left Behind Act emphasize its attention on the children who were not reaching the standard level of learning.
