Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS), is a condition that falls under stomachaches, cramping, bloating, gas, constipation, and/or diarrhea. Stage fright, almost everyone gets a few butterflies in their stomach before speaking to a big crowd or being in the spotlight. If the fear is so strong that nothing will help it and makes you spend a lot of time thinking and worrying about it, you could have a form of the social anxiety disorder. The people that have the social anxiety normally start to worry in a few days in advance to the event. Self-consciousness, Social anxiety is just speaking to a big crowd or being in the spotlight. Anxiety is triggered by everyday situation. Having a one-on-one conversation with someone, eating or drinking in front of people whether it is a big crowd or small. Suddenly picturing something that fears them for several minutes. While that is happening physical symptoms many being happening at the same time, breathing problems, heart racing, numb hands, sweating, weakness, dizziness, chest pain, stomach pain, and hot and cold flashes. Perfectionism, having to meet the requirements and not cutting short on anything and everything having to be perfect is known as perfectionism. Perfectionism goes right with anxiety disorders.
