No All-Nighters: How To End Procrastination

Procrastination is something that not just myself, but numerous people struggle with. Throughout this year, I have been in many situations where I have procrastinated multiple things, most of which is homework assignments, projects, and studying. I constantly would make an excuse for why I couldn’t get an assignment done prior to the night before. When in actuality, I had no excuse to not have a project completed at least a week in advance, before the due date. Julian Gordan’s presentation: “No All-Nighters: How to End Procrastination & Perfectionism Forever" talked about ways to to help people get their obligations completed in a timely manner. Ending sleepless nights. Which is great for a college student. Also mentioned in the presentation
