Critical Elements:
1) I have provided exceptional performance in managing the NNWC ASI/Change Management Process and Support in accordance with critical element one by carrying out processes to include but not limited to 328 EMR's, 188 Power Outages, 3,415 DISA ASIs, 1,764 TACPLANS ASIs, 2 Maintenance Moratoriums with 7 Moratorium Waivers processed, 9 PONDs, 18 UABs, and 119 UC's.

In addition, I have added new features to the SIPR ASI SharePoint Portal to include: Color coding for better organization, a tabbed section on the BWC front page which shows briefable ASIs, revamped the form to enter ASIs into the portal that fits our current needs. Also, I have created a new view to help TACPLANS count the ASI numbers for the weekly activity
