The book is called Nisekoi it is also known as False Love. It was written by Naoshi Komi, he was born in Kochi Prefecture, Japan on March 28, 1986. His work have debuted in Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine and its affiliates. The genre of the book is romantic comedy. It takes place in modern day in Japan during the Spring. The main characters of the book are Raku Ichjo, he is a nice and kind person and always thinks about others before himself. He is also the main protagonist of the book a normal teen whose family is Yakuza which is a gang in Japan. Chitoge Kirisaki is half American and half Japanese girl and also comes from a family of gangsters. A very short tempered and violent girl. Kosaki Onodera a very nice and kind person and Raku’s crush. They are all thirteen years old and freshman in high school.
The minor characters are Shu Maiko; he is Raku’s best friend, outgoing and girl crazy. Ruri Miyamoto is Kosaki’s best friend she comes off very aloof, but is actually very kind and helpful. Ruri is always trying to help Kosaki flirt with Raku but always ends up running away from him. While Shu is also trying to help Raku flirt with Kosaki but Raku always gets nervous and starts to stutter.

This book was very funny and that it also had romance, it was a very interesting book to say the least. The best part is that it's a series of books, and I can’t wait to read the rest of the series. There are over twenty books of this series and I’m only on the first one. It was funny to me because of the inside jokes they say when the characters gets embarrassed or when they are just joking around. If you're really into romance and comedy then this would be the perfect book to read. There are plenty romantic scenes that are really good and enjoyable. This book is for young adults and adults at the age of 12 and up. It is not recommended for young children due to some words are not
