Personal Narrative: An Alice In Chains

Great Essays
An Alice in Chains shirt, ripped up high waisted short, black tights, and a flannel wrapped around my waist. Me, Gina, Carly, and Vanessa are on our way to our first Nirvana concert. We all load up in my Ford Thunderbird and were on the way for our mini 3 hour road trip to Chicago from Rockford. The car is filled with Nirvana, Weezer, Radiohead, and Alice in Chains.
¨Any one want a smoke?¨ Nessa offers. Carly declines and I reach into the back and she hands me one.
¨Are you sure it's ok to smoke and drive?¨ Carly asks.
¨Im talented babe it'll be fine.” I laugh and light it and roll my window down. ¨Were in the city guys.¨ The girls look out the window and a sense of home fills the car.
We get to the stadium and onto the concrete floor before

¨You'd be surprised what I can do sweetheart¨ He tells me. I roll my eyes.
¨Well in that case you can go get me a coke.¨ I say almost sarcastically.
¨Okay I'll be back.¨ He says and disappears into the crowd. The concert continues and we lose track of Gina. I walk up to Vanessa, ¨Where did Gina go?¨”
¨I don't know she just kind of left, probably with a guy.¨ She says not taking her eyes off the

¨Im a bass player in a band and we do ok so i saved up and bought the house.¨
¨Looks like it's been a good investment.¨
¨It definitely was.¨ He smirks.
¨SO what are we doing tonight, or this morning actually.¨ I ask from outside the conversation. Rodney goes into the other room and pulls an ice cooler into the room and opens it and it's full of Bud Light and Ritas. I make a face.
¨You ok?¨ says Rodney
¨Yeah i'm just used to strong stuff.¨ I say. He smiles and leaves for a few minutes later with a bottle of run and some cups. ¨Yessss.¨ I say and he hands it to me. I put the rum and cups on the table and pour myself a cup and everyone else grabs something out of the cooler.
¨Yall like top gun?¨ Rodney asks the room. Everyone gives a simultaneous nod and he pops the movie in. We all drink and watch the movie, talk and laugh about the concert. The movie is almost over and everyone is at least a little bit tipsy. Rodney leans into my ear. ¨Want to go upstairs?¨ He asks softly. I nod and start to stand up. Carly comes up to me.
¨Are you ok Bri?¨ She asks concerned.
¨Yeah.¨ I say with a nod. ¨Don't worry about me.¨
¨Ok see ya in the morning.¨ Carly goes back to the

I lift my hips in encouragement and feel his every stroke land in the deepest part of my belly. He shifts forward, because he knows my body also, and swirls his hips, eliciting a long, low moan from me. He releases my hands to capture my breasts, pausing the ramming of his hips against mine to suck on them hard, pinching the skin and biting the tender swells. When he showers my shoulders and neck with kisses and love bites, I grasp and pull him into me. "Ugh, Jim, make me…"…

I stood looking through the dirty windows of the train station. The smell of trashcans and wet wood lingered in the dusty air of the old building. I tried to wait outside for her, but was quickly stopped by one of the conductors, he made sure to inform me that I couldn’t be on the platform until the train came to a complete stop. I was there to pick up a girl that I would meet for the first time. I never would have thought that my little ghost hunting zine could make it over three hundred miles, and spark the interest of a stranger.…

The clock above my head ticks slowly, the sound ever increasing as the minutes pass by; tick, tick, tick. When I get to my AP Language class I look around the classroom that has a homey feel to it. Curtains drape over the cold foggy windows in royal red, rimmed with gold shimmering colors. A lamp is turned on, creating a soft glow in the room while the warm smell of pumpkin pie is enough to make it hell for a sleep deprived person to stay awake. I walk to the back of the classroom, and sit exactly in the middle. Then I put my head down, and wait for class to start.…

Once upon a time, there was a small, seaside town, along the coast of the vast Pacific Ocean, called Arcadia, and in that small seaside town, there lived a girl named Parker Garcia, who, with the help of some friends and maybe just a little magic, started a revolution that brought love and acceptance to the small town. The small town of Arcadia over looked the pacific ocean from a glorious cliff side that was carved with one of the only freeways in the town. Almost every morning the citizens of Arcadia were awoken at an early hour by the sound of a motor bike ripping along the freeway. Now most people didn’t mind the noise so much as they minded the rider. Parker Garcia was the town’s resident rebel and disliked by a fair few in Arcadia, especially…

The usual rancid smell of cigarette smoke, alcohol and other things of which I don't want to name, hit my nostrils has soon as I enter the bar. Used the familiar stench, I don't gag or choke like most of the teenagers that, unfortunately, find themselves here. I find my usual seat in the back left corner of the bar, farthest away from public eye. I casually walk there, while taking off my black leather jacket. No matter how hard I try to blend into the crowd, I will still be thrown the accusing looks.…
