Keep a wider variety and deeper assessment of products and continuously ask their suppliers for supplies that create good image and repute for their stores. As more than 90% of the products of Nirala are produced with milk. The procurement department plays a unique role to examine the quality of the raw materials. Procurement department collects milk from selected farmers. And ensuring the regular collection of pure and fresh milk starts from the farmers to the factory and continuously observes its quality and freshness.
