Review the Essentials of Baccalaureate Education for Professional Nursing Practice. Of the nine Essentials, identify which one is least familiar to you, and explain why. What are the aspects of that Essential that seem elusive to you, and why is it important to engage with these areas in your clinical practice? Give examples to demonstrate your perspective.

Out of the nine essential, essential IX (Baccalaureate Generalist Nursing Practice) is the least familiar one to me.
