Nikola Tesla was an interesting scientist and ahead of his time. Nikola Tesla lived to be 86 years old. He was born on July 9 or 10, 1856 in Smiljan, Australia-Hungary. Tesla died of coronary thrombosis which is a blood clot in the flow of blood to the heart. Nikola Tesla died on January 7, 1943. He died at the age of 86 in New York City. He didn’t have any kids or a wife.

Nikola Tesla’s inventions were he discovered the electric alternating current that is still used today. In 1891 Tesla invented the tesla coil. Tesla also invented the first working radio, fluorescent light bulb, invented the remote control, and made the first hydro electric generating plan at Niagara Falls. He worked with Thomas Edison in 1884 before they parted. They parted
