2.1 Operating System
Nike+ Training Club is an application which acts as a personal trainer through mobile device, available for free on both Android and iOS devices. This application requires device running Android version 4.0.3 and above or iOS 7.1 or later.

2.2 Main Functions Offered by Application
Nike+ Training Club is especially for women as all the workouts are designed for women’s health. It allows user to create a profile where user can add friends and get motivations from trainers and other athletes. This application also provides workouts that can challenge users regardless the fitness level they are in, either the users are beginner, intermediate or advance, there are specific workouts

This has given a lot of changes in our daily life. Nowadays, with the location flexibility provided by mobile computing, users can use any mobile device installed with the Nike+ Training Club application to do their training anywhere as long as there is an Internet connection. This allow users to do their workouts without being in a fixed position.

2.4 Introduction to Parallel Task Processing Model and Its Practice on the Application
Parallel Task Processing focuses on distributing tasks across different processors. It divides a large task into many smaller tasks and then execute them simultaneously. This will make sure that larger tasks can be completed more quickly. Most mobile devices users are performing many tasks using their mobile hardware as smartphones nowadays are not used for communication purposed only. In this case, the client, which is the mobile device requests a service from the server of the Nike+ Training Club through the Internet. The server will then receive and respond to the requests made by the client.
