I completely disagree with this statement. In my opinion NIKE should be responsible for exploiting cheap labor for the profit they gain by moving their production lineup into the Indonesia, Vietnam, and China where they are not provided enough facilities the workers get in the developed countries. This is a typical case of SWEATSHOPS and large manufacturing and production companies tend to follow this in order gain the profit.
Sweatshops have the following characteristics:
• The workers tend to be young female usually below sixteen;
• Long working hours and weeks;
• Low wages, no over time charges , no compensations
• Collective bargaining units for rights of workers are punished through dismissal, beating, or, in a few cases, assassination the workers and arrangers.
Sweatshops are immoral and demonstrate Nike’s ignorance towards their social responsibilities abroad. Within these facilities, workers are faced with undesirable conditions, no breaks and small pay.

Subcontractor bosses work together with the local factions to impose their rules and have them punish the workers by frightening; having their houses raided and even killed for not following their companies rules. This was the scenario of the subcontractor working conditions in these
