For the strengths it is recognized that the authors have put together a well-structured journal with use of reliable references to support their argument. Moreover, they prove the validity of their thesis statement through its reflection in the journal, emphasizing their research on the impact of night shifts on women’s everyday family life. Involving the family members in the review is also a strength which deepens the findings of the topic. The sample selected was small, limited to southern UK and included four nurses who only worked a single night shift during the two weeks data collection period, in addition to that, day and night shifts nurses leading results to be less accurate and lose relativity to the case. Having a relatively small and limited sample risks to a higher margin of error and thus lowers your confidence level towards the reliability of answers (Mirzaee, 2014). Moreover, it was obvious from the recording dialogues that every nurse wanted to prove her ability in balancing both work and home duties. If tension and unhappiness is present at home and the relationship between parents is fractured this can be reflected on children as a result. Night shifts usually raises problems, such as arguments over every day responsibilities and chores, especially if the partner
