People who work at night are always tired the next day when they come to work, even after getting sleep during the day time. Working the night shift disturbs the body clock that’s called circadian rhythm. Circadian rhythm helps to release hormones as well as controls a person’s mood, body temperature, and consciousness. If the body’s daily cycle gets disturbed that would very harmful for healthy life. What is the cure for night shift job workers to live healthy and avoid risk of getting heart disease, ulcers, metabolic syndrome, and insulin resistance? (4) Eastman Says, “Bright light during their night shifts and having them wear sunglasses on their way home and sleeping in very dark bedrooms can shift someone’s circadian rhythm to align perfectly with working a night shift and sleeping during the day.” Basically, in order to find the cure for that unhealthy life, the circadian clock needs to be adjusted by pretending morning is evening. The timer of circadian can be adjusted if one makes the room environment dark and quite same as night and the work environment is brighter like daylight.

For me, there’s institution, situational, personal stresses are already part of my life in order to well-being otherwise I will be hopeless, homeless, and wasted. Too little stress means there nothing going on in my life that will lead to depend on parents or the government. So, in order to live a successful life, there should be a stress and it can be managed by using skillset, tricks, and time management. Stress Management Health Center said, “Stress is a normal part of life. Many events that happen to you and around you -- and many things that you do yourself -- put stress on your body. You can experience good or bad forms of stress from your environment, your body, and your thoughts.” Institutional stress is worthwhile but too much can lead to giving up which will cause falling behind. However, there are people who will help in learning therefore, institutional stress can be managed by asking question for help.
