Night Descriptive Writing

The day slipped into night as the sun sinks below the horizon. The stars low in the sky, twinkling high. The ground still as night, silent killer lurking in the night. Moving with feline - like ability gracefully moving through the forest. Sounds of ruffling leaves, night animals bright with activity. Blending in with black skin-tight jeans, black thin almost paper like jacket. My jet black hair moving with the wind. Slowly moving out into the open in a clearing with nowhere to go. Slowly taking a break from the run I just had. My head resting on the tree and the world around starts moving away. My dreams start to enclose me. They keep me there, not letting me get up even while the sun rose high in the sky, where there were no fluffy white …show more content…
Was this real? How was this happening to me? I tried to think back on how this whole predicament came to pass but couldn't think that far back. I thought harder when all of a sudden a sharp jab of pain shot from m brain the harder I tought of what happened the worse the pain got.

Slowly blackness started taking over my head. Falling back into the darkness that hit me before. Blank dreams appeared in my head, light was the only thing that shined through my eyes. Slowly fluttering motion too my eyes by surprise, opening them in a jerk. A few more blinks and I found my eye sight again. My voice was gone though and my head throbbed with a pounding headache. That's when I saw you, the only thing different with the room. A stranger standing across from me. My first reaction was to fight, but you looked just as hurt as I was. I couldn't tell if you were an enemy or a friend.

I tried to ask were we were, but no words came out of my breathless mouth. You understood enough to answer the question. You replied with, "We are in the only place sage these days", underground. huh? Underground? Why? because if we venture up to the surface we will more than likely be eaten alive by the

What is happening? Why did everything have to happen so quickly? Why did this all happen to me? I managed to jump back into the mouth of the cave I hd sadly sat with my friend only a few moments before. What was I to do now that I was al alone?

Nothing was going right for me these last few days. Slowly darkness set upon the cave, sleep didn't come through. Tossing and turning with the thoughts in my head. Next morning, I decide to make a break for it. The escape couldn't be that hard, I thought. Well that just proved me wrong. I made my way up and out of the cave, slowly descending on to solid ground. As soon as my feet hit that ground they took off running. Running hard, running fast. Running deep into the unknowns the forest held before me.

I kept running trying to find my way back to somewhere anywhere. A road, a river, a city would be helpful anything. The creatures seemed to have disappeared for a while. I still don't know what they were or got a good look at them, but they were almost like gigantic spiders. A lot of the details of the trip were fuzzy through so I didn't know. I kept running and found myself in another clear like the one I started in before this whole adventure. I sat down to take a break as my legs were hurting from the lack of oxygen being pumped through my body to there. My lungs were dying from how hard they had to work to keep up

The Montrose Precipice I It all went back to the summer of 1932 when tragedy struck; its affect was wide-spread in the community, most of it at least.
