From Wiesenthal, I learned that while the faith of many were diminished by the horrors during this time; some were still able to hold a strong sense of faith even in the toughest of times. Wiesenthal's friends Josek exemplifies how even in times of such hardships, faith and the message of God could still be found. This can be seen on page 6, on a Sunday evening when Josek begins to tell the story of the creation of man and the four angles of Justice. One of these angles, the angle of truth, upset God and so he was sent away to Earth, later which he would return back to God. Josek goes on by saying, " The angle brought back a cold of earth which was soaked in his tears... and from this cold earth the Lord God created man"(6). In Judaism, this
