First off this book is a very well written book explained in detail and I admire how Elie wrote this book and how he shared it with the world. I give this book 4.5 stars out of 5, just because it was a phenomenal book and very well written but, the book is for a little more higher level reader and just all around the book was great but wasn't perfect. Throughout this book you experience a lot of emotions and there not all sad. Which I think is a good thing for a sad horrific story like this. But, it also shows his own feelings which is a good visual to the audience reading what he was feeling. I also think this book told the truth and didn't sugar coat it. It was straight to the point.
