Nicotine: My List For Anxiety Agitator

Nicotine- I mean what can I say it is a stimulant and during my years of panic disorder it went in and out of my list for anxiety agitators. So it is and it isn’t. I recently stopped smoking for three months due to a really bad anxiety episode that changed my life and I am still recovering from as I write this. Now I have started up a little at first it would cause it. Currently I am in hopes to eliminate nicotine out of my daily routine due to the fact that the swinging in and out of my list can change throughout the day for no rhyme or reason.

Lack of sleep- This used to not be on the list. Either that or it wasn’t noticeable enough to pair it with an anxiety agitator. Like I said things change and you never know what is going to stack with
