Fredde, I now you hate hearng me bring stuff up about you, and what your doing with your life, but I care about you. Since your starting to smoke, and your already needing to take a smoke break about every 20 minutes I thought I'd let you know some addiction signs. Three signs of nicotine addiction; Self Medication theory, Adrenocorticotropic Hormone Theory, and Bolus Theory. Self Medication theory allows you to use nicotine through effects of enhancing moods, allows smokers to feel more energetic, have less depression, and feel as if they got more sleep the night before.
