Nick's Observation Case Study

Nick was consuming a snack when staff arrived at 208 Cherry. Staff assisted and reviewed a schedule with Nick for the evening. Nick was given a few visual options to determine where Nick wanted to go this evening. Staff then gave Nick some more visual to help determine what dinner items he wanted to get from the grocery store. Nick went to 1. McKinley Ln, and staff assisted him with feeding the pets. Nick then went to the park and played basketball for a bit before taking a short walk on the trail. Nick went to Giant to purchase his dinner items. Before entering the grocery store, staff reviewed Nicks grocery list with him. Nick was reminded to obtain a basket and assisted with locating difficult to find items. Nick was provided choices to
