Ideas start off small, but can grow into something great. GoPro did that; they started off with Nick Woodman and a few friends, but they grew into one of the most successful camera companies during these times. Nick Woodman is the CEO of GoPro, he seems like just the right man for the job. Nick will drive cars up to 100 miles on straight-aways, and almost 60 on cliffsides, not to mention he does that when there is another man in the car. Nick frequently surfs and loves extreme sports. GoPro has thrived in the last five or so years, this may be caused by how much everybody loves their jobs at GoPro. Nick Woodman’s friends are the high up in ranks along with him. But before this all, Nick could not get his company to that superstar point. He and his girlfriend (now wife) Jill would travel and Nick would constantly be working on the camera idea. Jill showed Nick how she found these belts selling for cheap, they eventually bought and resold them for a huge profit. "We'd get as much as $60 for a belt," Jill said. The belts were originally bought for about $1.90 a belt. I see Nick Woodman as the most fit for his position that you could have. He is adventurous and loves sports. GoPro would later make it easier for people to post videos from the camera, but they also installed a thing that would automatically make it known and able to track that it was a GoPro. One of the videos is a video of a biker getting hit by a gazelle. The video is funny, but their is an amazing part to it; the video has over 12.4 million views! GoPro is constantly on the internet, Every two or three minutes, a new piece of GoPro–created content is uploaded to YouTube.
