In reading the article by Nick Obolensky, I could truly resonate with some of his points in purpose. As an individual, I am all about purpose. Purpose usually sets the stage for me and I decide right off if I am in or out. Essentially, purpose is what motivates people and it also determines how committed certain individuals will be to the task, team or organization. You also have to think about how purpose gives instruction, it is like the vehicle that is driving the task, team or organization.
