There are many hitorical people to come out of greece i meen many but ill only tell you a few. one person I like is Nick Galis was the best basketball player in the history of the sport in Greece.He was born in New Jersey USA? IN 1957 to immigrant parents from Rhodes. During his school years, his father turned him to boxing champion, but his mother did not like to see him bloodied after his training witch eventually turned him to basketball player. In high school, he showed great talent for the sport and in 1975, soon he was accepted at Seton Hall University. Galis quickly became a star in his team and at his last year in the collegiate league, he was declared first scorer, leaving Larry Bird in second place. Although he was drafted by Boston
