I am working on the American Nicaraguan School Module and reviewing the Codes That Rule GEM06 spreadsheet (per our Instant Message yesterday (09.28.15) afternoon). May I receive your assistance in providing the following clarifications:

1. May I get the Network Type Codes?

2. Please confirm that the only two Master Claims (Supplemental Accident & Emergency Reunion) are required?

3. The explanations stated in the Comment Section of the Codes That Rule’s GEM06 spreadsheet do not reflect the limitations stated in the American Nicaraguan School Certificate of Coverage. The following are the Type of Service codes in question.
