This process could be truly beneficial for NIBCO INC.. It would allow the project management team to discuss their concerns, questions and ideas regarding SAP. The team could use the DMAIC model to hone in on if the financial and time invest would be worth the ROI of implementing SAP in the long run. The Thought Process Map could then serve as a blueprint to continually refer back to for NIBCO INC. if they choose to undertake the implementation.
