It has an elaborate, Victorian style, a metal roof and elegant off white canopies that protect the patrons from the sun. The logo of the restaurant, which is a royal seal sits in dark black on the front of the canopy. I am intrigued by the upscale vibe and walk across the street waiting patiently for the policeman to stop the constant traffic and let me across. I arrive at the restaurant and walk up the wooden stairs. Expeditiously, I am greeted by a woman in all black. She seats me at a table which overlooks the falls and the street below. I order a maple glazed pork chop, which is their signature dish. I see the waitress bring my food over and almost instantaneously smell the deep savory, smokiness of the pork chop. I do not hesitate to eat when my food is set down on the gray marble table. First, I can taste the succulent flavor of the pork chop combined with the sweet and tangy flavors of the maple mustard, all finished with a sweet apple compote. The earthy smoked potatoes and crunchy vegetables come together to make the perfect meal. The natural view, combined with amazing food, make Niagra Falls a place that I never want to
