I have contributed greatly in the Quality department with my specialty in training. One of my biggest achievements was facilitating in transition training. It was accomplished by working closely with the Center Super Trainers (CST) to ensure all employees training were done prior to going live in NextGen.
1. After rolling into NextGen, also as a super trainer for the donor floor area, to increase efficiency and maintain compliance requirements I ensured that all donor floor staff understood the NextGen process and also help them to troubleshoot any error or assist them if required.
2. My next achievement is sub credit process. Even though in the beginning of sub credit process I was unsure of how to perform the task correctly, with the help
