New York Presbyterian Hospital Case Study

The organization that I chose to work for is the New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. They are currently ranked #1 in the New York Metropolitan area by the U.S. News and World Report. They have been named “Honor Roll of Americas Best Hospitals.” (nyp.org) They are the nations most comprehensive, dedicated to providing top quality care and compassionate services to all their patients. “New York Presbyterian is consistently recognized as a leader in medical education, groundbreaking research, and innovative patient-centered clinical care.”(nyp.org) This organization has four divisions, and it has the potential room for growth. Where I should learn about the organization’s terminology, key figures, typical jobs and assignments in the particular field. I can learn about any of the current trends or issues at that. Details of the company include learning about the company’s history, location, management structure, products, services, stock values, and organizational culture.
