New State Fitness is a martial arts school that is located in Metairie, Louisiana. They offer classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kids BJJ, Kickboxing, and Capoeira. The benefits of their martial arts training include physical fitness, personal discipline, building self-confidence, self-defense, enhancing flexibility, and greater spiritual awareness. The New State Fitness founder, owner, and head trainer Charles Haymon has won the North American Grappling Association championship belt in 2013.
