I think the “Andy Griffin Show” was more entertaining than “The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street”. The reason I think this is because”The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street” took place in the dark and I do not like the dark. I like the “Andy Griffin Show” better is because it took place in the daylight hours and I like day. I also like the “Andy Griffin Show” because all you see is a stranger and in”The Monsters Are Due on maple Street” you see Aliens.…

The 2 main characters of these novels; Willow and Parvana, have some similarities and differences. A similarity is how they are both resilient. My favorite characters were Eddie and Marcus. Eddie and Marcus may have foolishly robbed people and pointed a gun at their victims, but they almost always stuck together. Neither boy would “rat” out their friends, instead they kept quiet and attempted to protect each other as long as possible. The characters I liked the least were Eddies and Marcus’ mothers.…

Spencer is ⅕ of the main characters. I’d describe her as an overachiever. She always does what her parents tell her what to do. Instead of going out, she spends time studying , and no matter what she does, she always feels second best to her sister. I’d also describe her as intent because she wouldn't stop studying & would do anything to subdue her sister.…

She also acts unusual around people because she always gets these thoughts that no one else can hear, and talks to herself and because of it no one likes her and she can’t fit in. She walks down the hall and gets called names like crybaby or smarty. She is sad through most of the beginning of the movie, because her dad left her and never came back after she had been hoping he would.…

Topic of Interest Paper Most elderly clients view personal trainers with tattoos negatively. For clarification, when I refer to elderly, I mean people aged 65 and older. This belief is inspired by the fact that the current generation of elderly people didn’t have as many tattooed individuals as is the case in this day and age. As one of my professors put it, “If you had a tattoo back then, you were cool.…
