According to Ferrell and Hartline, it is important that companies focus on operational excellence, product leadership, and customer intimacy (2014).In regards to New Belgium’s competitive advantage, I would the most important advantages would include their responsibilities to society and responsibilities to employees. New Belgium offers their employees many incentives due to their success. Some of the incentives in which the employees are offered include: catered lunch once a month, bringing their children and dogs to work, along with a free massage once a year.
