New Belgium Brewing Company Analysis

The New Belgium Brewing Company began in Colorado, and operated out of the owner’s basement (Ferrell & Hartline, 2014.) While this approach was practical and successful in the beginning stages of the company, the NBB has now continued to grow. The company grew to be quite profitable and large. The American craft brewing industry is divided into three different branches. These include: micro- breweries, brewpubs, and regional craft breweries (McLaughlin, Moore & Reid, 2014.) With this new growth, made the owners think of different ways to expand. The moved to a different location to operate the brewery out of, and from then on the expansion of New Belgium Brewing has been growing quite rapidly.
