There are many professions in the world like neurosurgeons, a neurosurgeon is a physician who specializes in surgical treatments of disorders of the nervous system. The college I want to go is the University of Washington, I want to go to this school because it has great classes, and it’s a medical school. A neurosurgeon would be a great job to have for many reasons. I really would like to be a neurosurgeon because I can help people, get a good college, and do what I love.
Neurosurgeons can help people by fixing their problems. For example, If someone had a growth on their brain a neurosurgeon can go in, take it out, and fix the brain. Three of my family members passed away from brain cancer. So if I become a neurosurgeon I can help other

To start off it’s hard to work long hours. So you don't have a lot of time to spend and if you are on a break you will most likely be tired. Also you don't have a lot of time for yourself so it’s hard to do other things besides working. Don’t forget the years you have to go through. You will be in college for 6-7 years, but you also have to find a job and you might have to travel just to find a job. Lastly, college is expensive. First, I would have to get the money to pay for the college, I would need to have a car to get there everyday, and I would have to pay for my equipment. Those are some good and bad things about being a neurosurgeon.
In conclusion, I want to be a neurosurgeon because I want to save lives, and help people at the best of my ability. I chose the University of Washington because it's a really good medical school, and its in seattle where I would like to work. Being a surgeon is a difficult job. You have to work long hours all the time, and if you're not careful you could really injure someone. However, my job can really help the world.
