My interest in medicine grew towards traditional neuroscience careers such as psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery, and neuropathology, based on my personal experiences. Even though I am planning on concentrating in one of these medical specialties, I am looking forward to discovering any field of medicine that passions, challenges, and fits me best. By choosing one of the traditional neuroscience specialties, I hope to make a positive impact in the lives of those most affected by neurological, mental, and behavioral threatening conditions in hospital settings, private practice, and possibly the military as well.
