250 g of dry nettle
1 l of cold water
Chopped nettle pour with water and cook briefly, then strain , cover and let it stand covered for 2-3 hours . After that add in the water. The bath will stimulate circulation and effectively act against cellulite.
Hair Lotion of leaves and roots of nettle
2 tablespoons nettle leaves
2 tbsp of nettle roots
4 dl boiling distilled water
1.5 dl of 70% alcohol;
Chopped fresh leaves and roots or half the dry pour the hot distilled water and leave covered overnight. Strain, add alcohol, shake and every 2-3 days scattered through the scalp and hair. Leave for 1 hour, then rinse.
Hair tonic of nettle leaves
5-6 tablespoons of nettle leave
2.5 dl apple cider vinegar
1 dl water
Chopped the dried nettle leaves and pour the diluted apple vinegar, then and strain and let it stand for half an hour, and use it for hair wash .
For normal and oily hair you don't have to rinse your hair, only if you have a dry hair.
Nettle is not recommended for blond hair because may give it a greenish
